“Essentials for Negotiating”

Audience
Commercial staff who are new to negotiations or staff who do not negotiate very regularly. Suitable for a broad audience and larger (15+ participants) groups.

Deliverable
At the end of the full day, participants should be aware of their shortcoming in negotiations and have awareness of the importance of proper preparation. Participants will have concepts of a framework for preparation of negotiations

Group size
Between 15 and 40 people. Larger audiences are possible, but this will require small changes to the program.
